5th min: Melbourne second-rower Ryan Hoffman scores the opening try after beating the defence of Parramatta halfback Jeff Robson, 4-0.
   
6th min: Storm captain Cameron Smith converts Hoffman's try, 6-0.
   
24th min: Cooper Cronk slices through the Eels defence and offloads to Blair who touches down in the right corner and celebrates his try wildly for a 10-0 lead.
   
26th min: Smith misses conversion from 20m out.
   
32nd min:
Parramatta awarded penalty for Storm error at the play the ball.    33rd min: A forward pass from centre Joel Reddy to winger Eric Grothe cruels the Eels' best tryscoring opportunity of the half.
   
34th min: Reddy stays down for a minute after coming off second best in a tackle on former Eel Brett Finch.
   
38th min: Eels veteran Nathan Hindmarsh shoves Storm halfback Cronk from behind in the back and forces him to lose the ball on the 30m line.
   
40th min: Forward pass by the Storm hands possession to the Eels. Star fullback Jarryd Hayne opts to chip a kick to Grothe's wing, but the ball sails over the touchline. Storm go to halftime with a 10-0 lead.

42nd min: Eels prop Fuifui Moimoi puts a huge hit on Storm prop Brett White.

44th min: Eels interchange utility Feleti Mateo breaks through the Storm defence and is brought down 10m out from the line.

45th min: Eric Grothe barges past several defenders to score Parramatta's first try in the right corner of the field, 10-4.

46th min: Eels winger Luke Burt converts Grothe's try, 10-6.

49th min: Storm centre Greg Inglis brilliantly latches on to a bomb amid confused defence and scores under the posts.

51st min: Smith converts Inglis's try, 16-6

54th min: Mateo loses the ball trying to offload, handing possession to Melbourne.

55th min: Storm fullback Billy Slater scores a try, capitalising on a great break and pass from Adam Blair, 20-6

58th min: Smith converts Slater's try, 22-6

68th min: Eels given penalty for Storm markers not being direct at the play the ball.

70th min: Reddy beats two Storm defenders in the air to score Parramatta's second try, 22-10.

71st min: Burt converts Reddy's try, 22-12d

72nd min: Moimoi makes a powerful 20m run to barge over for a try in the left corner, grounding the ball despite being wrapped up by Turner and Slater, 22-16

73rd min: Burt misses conversion attempt.

76th min: Moimoi harshly penalised for a tackle on Slater, despite the Storm fullback spilling the ball.

76th min: Inglis snaps wonly-looking drop goal to effectively seal the premiership for Storm, 23-16.
