Bob Fulton

Full name: Robert Fulton
Date of birth: December 1, 1947
Place of birth: Warrington, England
Senior clubs:
Manly-Warringah, 1966-1976 (219)
Eastern Suburbs, 1977-1979 (49)
Representative teams: NSW (16); Australia (82)

One of the most decorated players and coaches in the history of the game, Bob Fulton carved his name amongst rugby league's 'Immortals' with a career spanning three decades.

As a player, Fulton won three premierships with Manly in the 1970's - the last as captain - and represented Australia on 47 occasions, skippering the side in seven of those Tests.

He enjoyed a long coaching career at the first grade level, steering his beloved Sea Eagles to premiership titles in 1987 and 1996.

Bozo coached the Australian national team through 40 Tests and World Cup games, before later becoming a NSW and national selector.

In 1985, Fulton was selected as one of the initial four post-war 'Immortals' of rugby league - a fitting honor for one of the game's greats.
